It's from the second episode of the first series of Coupling, "Size Matters".
The set-up is that Susan invited Steve over for dinner and there's anxiety on his part because he's concerned that he's not going to measure up to her ex-boyfriend, Patrick, who has a very large penis.
Steve: I used to go out with this girl years ago. Her ex was like this big, muscle-bound god and I was really intimidated until she told me that every time they were in bed together, when he was.. um.. on his way in, so to speak, he used to go "Geronimo"! After she told me that, it really wasn't a problem.
Susan: Yeah, I remember Patrick doing something like that.
Steve: Really, what? What?
Susan: Well, every time he was making an entrance, as it were, he'd say, "Just way when."
Steve looks really nervous while she laughs about it.
